By accessing or using Search the Falls (the “Service”), you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please don’t use the Service.
Accounts
You are responsible for the activity on your account and for keeping your password secure. You must be at least 13 years old to create an account.
User content
- You retain ownership of content you submit (reviews, photos, tips, listings).
- You grant Search the Falls a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to display, reproduce, and distribute that content for the purpose of operating the Service.
- You confirm you have the right to share the content and that it does not infringe anyone else’s rights.
Acceptable use
Don’t post content that is unlawful, defamatory, hateful, harassing, or deceptive. Don’t attempt to disrupt the Service, scrape data at scale, or impersonate others. We may remove content and suspend accounts that violate these rules.
Business listings & claims
Business owners may claim their listing. Claimed listings must contain accurate, current information. We may revoke verification for misleading or fraudulent claims.
Disclaimers
The Service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We do our best to keep information accurate, but we don’t guarantee it. Always confirm hours, pricing, and availability directly with the business.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Search the Falls is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.
Changes
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be posted on this page with an updated date.
